Bardhyl Dobra
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo in charge of public administration reforms
Previously, Mr. Dobra was the Secretary General of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration at the International Institute of Administrative Sciences in Brussels, as well as responsible for accreditation at the International Commission for Accreditation of Programs of Education and Training in Public Administration. In addition, he was chargé de mission at the French Embassy in Kosovo and a teaching tutor at Pittsburg State University in the United States.
A graduate in economics and political science at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, Mr. Dobra is a PhD candidate in public administration at Ghent University in Belgium. His research focuses on post-conflict countries, the reconstruction of the state and its administrations as well as all other aspects of public policy. He is the author of several articles and chapters in the field.
Mr. Dobra was vice-president of the Cultural Center of Kosovo in Paris as well as member of the Board of Directors of Global Albanian Foundation, co-founder and vice-president of the ESN eREIMSmus association.
