PADOS has started

Participatory Democracy, Open Governance & Efficient eGovernment Services (PADOS) project has now fully started! Finnish Institute of Public Management (HAUS) hosted an official kick-off conference in the beginning of April.

The overall objective of PADOS project is to enhance transparency and openness of decision-making and governance in six Eastern Partnership countries namely Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

At the kick-off conference Mr. Arvo Ott and Mr. Raul Rikk from e-Governance Academy shared Estonian experience related to e-governance and cyber security development.

HAUS implements the project together with e-Governance Academy and two other partners from Estonia. Project is funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and it complements the work of Eastern Partnership Platform.
