E-service delivery in Armenia
As part of its efforts to improve e-services for its citizens, Armenia has participated in dozens of e-governance trainings to improve costs, transparency and ease of access to their public sector e-services. They engaged in a wide range of training topics from X-Road (the Estonian data exchange platform that enables e-services development) to cyber security and many more, each aimed not only at educating the participating delegates, but also making them more capable of spreading awareness at home. In 2018, Armenia began developing it first “one-stop” governmental portal. Moreover, Armenia has developed numerous e-tools to fight corruption.
