In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.

Kenya Digital Readiness Study
The study provided support to Kenyan government to accelerate the implementation of their digital transformation plans and supported the implementation of priority actions to respond to digitalisation challenges.
The study focused on essential pillars of digital readiness that enact as enablers for sustainable digital development and helped determine the current state of digital readiness to be able to set realistic goals and plan next actions for digital development.
The study report contained an overview of the current baseline as well as long-term and short-term recommendations in each focus area.
The study is the basis for developing a roadmap for implementation, defining necessary capacity-building activities and implementation of a pilot project in the justice sector. All to be undertaken in the next phase of the project.
