eGA to procure a tool for visualising information on broadband Internet access in Ukraine
eGA announced the procurement for the development of a tool for visualisation of information on broadband access in Ukraine. The system will include a geoportal, a base map, a geographic database and a web server.
The Government of Ukraine is actively working on to provide access to high-speed Internet. One of the main goals is to provide 95% of the population of Ukraine with high-speed Internet. To make the information of broadband Internet access (broadband) in Ukraine accessible for citizens, a service will be created that will reflect the current coverage and relevant access characteristics: technology, speed, providers, etc.
The visualisation tool will provided under the International Technical Assistance Project “Interoperability, e-Services and Cyber Security (EU4DigitalUA)” funded by the European Union. The project is implemented by the e-Governance Academy (eGA).
According to the terms of the tender, the following tasks must be performed:
- Development of a web tool for visualisation of broadband access of Ukraine in accordance with the technical requirements and the terms of reference;
- Development of technical documentation for the created software;
- Conducting acceptance tests;
- Technical support for the operation of the web tool for visualisation of broadband access in Ukraine.
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 3 March 2021 inclusive.
