eGA announced a tender to create Ukraine’s e-services portal in English

The e-Governance Academy (eGA) announced a tender for the development of the English version of the Diia portal (Citizen Portal of Ukraine) to provide e-services for foreigners and citizens of Ukraine living abroad.

The aim is to create an opportunity for foreigners to remotely register and do business in Ukraine, open a bank account and receive e-services, as well as an opportunity for Ukrainian citizens to receive e-services from anywhere in the world.

The work will benefit to a large project of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. In particular, the provision of e-services for foreigners to help attract additional investments.

The the English version of the Diia portal for the provision of e-services to foreigners and citizens of Ukraine living abroad will be performed under the International Technical Assistance Project “Interoperability, e-services and cybersecurity (EU4DigitalUA)” funded by the European Union. The project is implemented by eGA.

According to the terms of the tender, the tasks will include:

  • developing a website aimed at assessing the potential target audience,
  • conducting, supporting and analyzing a marketing campaign on the Internet,
  • preparation of a promo video.
